They don't rent their trailer model RV if you have a service dog. They're breaking the law. First they said they wouldn't accept us with a service dog. When I reminded them that what they're doing is breaking the law, they said they would call us back. They didn't. Then they blocked my phone number. Then I called from my wife's number and they said they couldn'trent it to me because it was "out of service due to maintenance " and they hang up on me. Then she wouldn't answer the phone anymore! Evil people for breaking handicap disability laws that protect children like my son. DO NOT support this business. They don't support special needs families.

Stay started wonderful!! No parking for extra vehicles or visitors at sites and get talked to hateful if you park in an empty site, there is a thief that makes it rounds every so often and nothing they can do about it(not their fault), can’t set grills and out on lawn and leave, only some guests are allowed, however they treat the children wonderful and open their arms with lots of fun events on holidays. Pool is amazing! Can’t bring your music in even when they don’t have music playing, kids have to be watched by parents on slides cause they will hurt each other. Very costly and that is the only reason why we left. We didn’t have issues with park but our friends and visitors did. Lock your stuff up! All the sites are long enough. Don’t pay for the premium it just gets you a fire pit. You will learn the rules as you stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Summer Breeze. Plenty of activities for our grandkids. Friendly staff and clean park. However I would like to see the owners crack down on kids driving golf carts. This is not safe! Kids driving kids around.

We loved our stay here! The water park wasn't open during our October stay (expectedly), but the pool and hot tub were amazing. The kids enjoyed the playground, and they even had a small Bark Park. We were too busy to check in on the fitness and laundry facilities, but I was excited for the options. The grounds were clean, and the RV spots were averagely spacious. We had some wonderful conversations with other guests, and appreciated the security guard patrol in the night hours. We were told of the importance of ensuring our vehicle was locked up at night, but I feel that is always a safe measure when traveling anywhere. We can't wait to visit again during summer, so that we can experience the water park!

Hi Linda, Yes the RV park is open. The waterpark is open this week for Spring Break (March 13-21), then it will close again in April and reopen in mid-May full-time for the Summer. The water park / pool access is $12 per person per day for short term reservations (less than 6 nights) when we have the water park open. When the water park is closed, there is no charge for our guests to use the pool or hot tub. For more information on reservation and water park rates for stays longer than 6 nights, please give us a call at 713-358-8430
Do you offer monthly rates, 6 months, yearly ?
Yes they are open must have RV until they build cabins
No, there are general public admissions to the water park
No not yet they're still getting things together.
It does not exist yet. Drove by the location and nothing is there. It's been in the planning phase for years.
Not yet. As of June 2019 it's only a plan. Check out Summer Breeze RV Resort website. There's one open in Conroe and Victoria, Texas.
