It is a general aviation airport, which means it does not have a schedule. You can charter a flight at most GA airports by talking to the FBO office and finding out if someone with a commercial pilot's license is operating out of their airport, and then negotiating with whoever they direct you to. You can also fly with someone who has a private pilot's license, but they are not allowed to charge you anything other than splitting the gas price with you (which generally means they won't be interested, but you never know, they might want to go to DSM with you for some reason -- talk to the FBO office to find out what your options are at KOTM right now.
