I loved going to this laundromat and never had a problem until today. I was getting quarters for my wash when the owner asked me if I was stealing quarters. Then he questioned where my laundry was. I felt so uncomfortable. Terrible. I didn’t even want to wash anymore.

Used to be my go-to laundry shop in MHK but now, most of their front load washers and dryers are labelled “do not use” and sometimes their coin exchange machine doesn’t want to exchange any bills. This used to be a great shop to do laundry but now, I think the owners forgot to call maintenance to fix the units.

I hope this reaches the owners- 1/3 of the machines are out of order. Although they haven’t fixed them in several months (at least 6), the prices have gone up on all machines. I’ve had baskets and bras stolen. There is only one rolling cart left, the rest have been stolen. Today when I went in, all the driers were either taken or broken. There are probably 10 broken driers… that’s ridiculous. STOP sending your kids into clean alone; the floors, washers, driers, and bathrooms are NEVER clean. Not the kids’ fault, they shouldn’t have to do your job. If you can’t do the bare minimum maintenance to keep a business functioning, you probably shouldn’t be a business owner. Your job is relatively easy compared to other business owners in Aggieville. DO IT.

Very small washing machines that only last 15 to 20 minutes. Some of my clothes came out smelling fresh and others.... Not so fresh. I think it's decently priced and decently clean.
