My mailman lost my CERTIFIED letter! Sent the green receipt back to the sender with no signature, date or printed name. When talking with the postmaster about the situation I got no apology and no real sense that he gave a care at all! And when I asked, so there is no reprimand for loosing a certified letter? I was told, that’s internal and none of your business. The same mail man has given my mail to my neighbor 2 doors up twice and dropped mail out of his bag on my front lawn and left it there. If you can’t have more attention to detail than this, go find a different job! And if you can’t have better manners or respect dealing with the public then also find a different job! Very very upset and dissatisfied!!
