Might get people checked in quicker if they weren't too worried about talking to people they know. When someone is waiting isn't the time to small talk about the storm over the weekend or who got married.

Take your child to a qualified pediatric and She or He can exam child to see what extend the child needs help..I'm sure that you will need a referral..
