The person who did my evaluation was very rude and insinuated that I did not need Marijuana for my conditions. Very judgemental and unhelpful. Do not go here; UPDATE: They reached out to me the next day and asked if I would like to reschedule for another physician which I accepted. I met with the new one, and he was very nice, thorough, and direct and I got approved! I got to hand it to them that they did a good job remedying the situation. I would recommend them!

I had to pay $150.00 up front. They were to send me a link for my appointment and a intake form. So far have received neither. Very concerned about payment they already took.

Obviously I cannot give you a guarantee but I can say that my step father has the same issue and he has his MM. It's worth a shot.
We do have Doctors that evaluate you based on your prior diagnosis for medical marijuana; however we are not a diagnosing facility, so you would need to bring proof of a prior qualifying condition.
Mine was as PTSD anxiety and depression...you can go to mo.medical marijuana qualifying symptoms to check I'm just not sure about depression by itself
Hi Edith - Call or text us at 877-242-0362. It depends on your condition. Sometimes pill bottles are enough and sometimes the doctor can approve you even without medical documentation. You get 4 oz of dried marijuana or it's equivalent each month per state law once you are a legal patient and can go into dispensaries.
I think so
Well they accepted my medical records and the majority of them were several years old.
You will need to have a copy of your medical records that state a qualifying condition or chronic pain/illness. Be sure to take this with you when you go. They will make copies of your record and you will talk with the doctor. It's all a pretty quick process.
Dispensaries are due to open beginning of 2020.
We are the doctors office. We do the telehealth or in-person Marijuana card visit. Then, you go to the dispensary or order delivery.
We are the doctors to certify you.
Hi Shianne - We are the doctor's office where you get your medical cannabis certification. We do not sell any edibles. That is only the dispensaries. If you need help with getting your cannabis card, please call or text 877-242-0362 and we can help you!
Yes! Call or text us at 877-242-0362 and we can help you.
Yes - call or text us at 877-242-0362 and we can help you. Or you can go online here and schedule an appointment for a virtual visit (telemedicine): https://greenhealthdocs.com/missouri-medical-marijuana-telemedicine/
I don't understand I had to pay $250 for mine
Where at can you purchase the vapes?
You would but not in Kansas
Yes, you would just need to show proof of that diagnosis.
Not as long as you have medical documentation; you should be fine.
They do not but I think it's $150 now. And medical doesn't cover your product after you get License
Your absolutely covered!! No question about it. Go see the people at Green Health, they will walk you thru this process. Your life will be better for it. Hope all goes well for you.
No No dispensaries in Missouri yet
Absolutely! And, God bless you always!!
Yes to both, as both are chronic conditions. You would just bring documentation stating either of those diagnosis.
In regards to becoming a legal cannabis patient you would need to provide proof of your qualifying your medical condition. Proof would be medical records from your provider showing what you were diagnosed with and suffer from. You must also be an MO resident with a valid state ID or driver's license. The cost for the evaluation is $250 for the initial visit or $200 if you're a veteran. That is paid by cash, credit or debit at the time of your appointment. You will get a ONE years certification which allows you to legally shop at the dispensaries in Missouri once they open in early 2020.
