Don't buy their products. They don't guarantee them. I bought a disposable that won't charge. Is almost full of juice and I've only had it for a week. So because the product is faulty I should atleast get an exchange. It's not like I used the whole thing and am returning it. I deserve to be able to use what product I paid for. If I can't even use it why should I have even bought it?

You really have to ask for Lisa when you go to the location on Barry Rd She is very Polite and Very Professional at what she does❤️ She show’s a lot of enthusiasm and care about the products that you are looking for😊 I strongly urge you to go to that location and walk on in and see for yourself in just how polite and caring she is❤️🥰❤️

Lisa is the BEST!!! She knew her product, was helpful with all of the customers, and the shop is clean and organized. We just moved to the Parkville area from the Staley area. Trying to find new shops close to hime has been a bit difficult! But I found Lisa at Smokers Heaven, and we will keep going back due to her positive, caring attitude!!!
