The tech that worked on my car was great and informed me of everything I needed to know but I don't appreciate the business side of the office trying to charge me for hours of labor that they didn't even work on my car. They tried ripping me off and charging me for more hours than they actually worked on my vehicle. Only after I argued and got upset did they agree to fix the bill but it shouldn't have to get to that point for them to charge what's right. They didn't earn that money so how are they trying to charge customers for hours they didn't work??? Such a rip off! I will never trust them again. I might go back for an oil change but they will never do anything more than that on my vehicle again

I purchased a vehicle from one of their amazing salesman Jacob. I traded in a van and bought one all from home. Signed paperwork over my phone they delivered the new van and took my trade in. I never had to make a trip to the dealership. Instead of a day spent at the dealership I was fishing. This is my 3rd purchase from Jim Falk and I will be a lifetime customer.

Very disappointing service dept. on just a simple oil change. Told me they had an opening and would be 30. Took closer to an hour and half. Never gave an honest answer on timing. Would not use then again. Updated - In response to Jim Falks comments- apparently they are unable to actually be honest with customers and are choosing to double down on the consumer deception. To be CLEAR I was told at the counter in the service department a bay was open and the service would be 30 mins, this included looking at the oil pan, a 5 min job. If looking at the oil pan was going to take an hour that should have been communicated. Be careful trusting anything they say.
