If I could Give them Negative 10 Stars I would! They are the Worst Hospital and most Incompetent and unreliable and Greedy selfserving Business opportunist I have ever had the Displeasure of having to be involved with, Unfortunately!! I have had to use their services several times over the last 10 years and Unfortunately they have been Absolutely useless!! I have waited hours in the ER for help and also with family..in pain and ill...suffering and sick trying to get some help, while they are just doing nothing...except telling us to "please Wait" because they are understaffed and Incompetent and the computers are down equipment isn't working, everytime, SERIOUSLY? NO EXCUSES FOR SUCH disregard for clients or human life..and the patient client relationships, even the office visits aren't any better, it's just in & out no real health care just get the money and charge the fee and out the door you go, NO resolution to your problem, just write a prescription,, that's their answer, You would think they were making money from writing prescriptions...and sending you to get labs🤑🤑...that you don't hear back about, but you leave with the same issues you went in with and no answers🙃 Just a huge Bill for the visits🤑🤑 And that's for a few minutes of seeing a Dr. that didn't give you anymore information than you yourself already knew before you went in🤣 After all that, You gave him the information Right, he asks you "what's going on, what's the Problem," that's why we go to the Doctor isn't it? Then they send us the Bill..😱

I e been a patient since I relocated to Warsaw in 2019. The quality of the services and the providers with Golden Valley is impeccable. I had an outpatient surgery today. I am home , doing great, and was overwhelmed with kindness, thoughtfulness, and excellent care quality as always before, during, and after the procedure. I cannot recommend this facility and the superb care providers highly enough. Thank you Dr Mark Snell, Dr Rob Wetzel, and everyone else who made this potentially stressful experience a breeze. God bless all of you.

GVM is so mixed up on their billing, even after hours of phone calls. Then if you call their office, they charge a clinic fee of $122. Bothwell and GVM are pretty much on the same page. The staff doesn't know how to bill and the patient pays the price...

This place is garbage, brought a coworker here after he wrecked the service truck and waited 7 hours to be seen. They took vitals and gave him a neck brace then forgot about him with his head injury.
