I enjoyed my visit and was seen by Kathleen Kelly PA, I liked her very much. Young, bright and full of knowledge. I was happy to hear I can go see her on specific days and was reassured by Kathleen that my chronic issue can be resolved at Premier Urgent Care instead of going to my specialist in West Hartford. When driving there i pulled into the plaza parking lot, circled around a few times and could not find the specific building. I pulled over and called Premier Urgent Care. The receptionist answered and rudely told me I was in the wrong parking lot. She was not welcoming at all when I arrived. I believe it’s very important who you have sitting at your front desk, as she is the first person you communicate with when checking in. I was not feeling well and then having to see her unfriendly face and harsh tones was not what I was expecting. I felt like she was bothered as soon as I walked in the door, not sure this is the right job for her. Otherwise I was very satisfied with the service I received from Kathleen Kelly PA. If not for the rude receptionist, I would have given Premier Urgent Care 5 Google Stars. I will be returning and recommend anyone needing urgent care to stop in, it was very convenient for me as I live near by.

The staff was extremely friendly, the facility was clean, and I was in/out within 20 minutes. I made an appointment online, and was seen same day within a couple hours of my request. Highly recommend if you want fast, quality care!

I visited for a lingering sinus infection that presented with a rash. The clinic is conveniently located, ample parking and very clean. The online scheduling was easy and straightforward. The waiting room was comfortable with reasonable distant between seats. The receptionist was icy, definitely not a good look for a business, especially a company looking to help those not feeling well. On the other hand the medical assistant was friendly, engaging and warm. The physician’s assistant was kind and understanding, she listened to my concerns, assessed my medical needs and formed a plan with me. Since I am currently nursing, she double checked that the medications prescribed were compatible with breastfeeding. Unfortunately she was unable to send my prescriptions electronically to the pharmacy so I had to old school bring them and wait to have them filled. It was mildly inconvenient but understandable. Overall I would go back for future unexpected medical needs. 1 star off for the off putting staff at the front desk and the inconvenience of paper prescriptions.

Kathleen Kelley is a gem. Amazing PA who is always so kind, knowledgeable and listens. She also follows up with you days later to see how you are feeling. She goes above and beyond. My family and I adore her. The receptionist was wonderful too. Her customer service was 5 stars!

We order ultrasounds for our patients to be done at local diagnostic imaging centers. The choice of which diagnostic center to use is based on the patient's preference and convenience. We do not do bedside ultrasounds. Thank you for your question. --- Larry Levine MD FACEP ..................
