I’ve been a client of American Family for 28 years. I would not have remained with them for this long if they did not know how to treat their clientele properly. Not only are they informative and timely with all of the necessary information and tasks at hand but this particular office that I deal with goes above and beyond. They have proven time and again to have my best interest in mind. Even when it reduces my premium, they do not hesitate to make me aware of the benefits that are due to me. Insurance albeit, life, auto, home, etc. is a confusing and sometimes overwhelming industry and a necessary evil for individuals such as myself. The representatives of American Family that I have had the pleasure of dealing with have always done their best to see to it that I receive maximum benefit with minimal inconvenience.
