Great company and very professional from the beginning. I worked with Jeremy and he was very responsive. I received a few quotes and Express Home Services was the best one I received. As I did more research, I realized they were using top end Condenser and furnace to replace my old unit. Everything about them was great from the beginning. If you are in the market for replace old HVAC system be sure you include Express Home Services in the process. You can't go wrong!

UPDATE: These people will be calling you over and over and over with all sorts of sales calls As of 10/10/22 I have received three more telemarketing phone calls from these people. My AC instal bid from these people was $9,000 MORE than the cheapest competition for similar product and same installation. The next most expensive company was $6,000 less expensive than this company, and just to make sure I got another bid from another company and their bid for AC, same brand, install is all the same, would cost me $5,000 LESS. Less money out of my pocket for same or similar product and install. What a RIP OFF this place is

Humphreys is a 24/7 company which means is i have a problem with my HVAC system I can call them day or night. Also with my new system that's part of my warranty. No I've not been charged extra but then I have not called them at night.
