Consistently broken equipment. When you let someone know, they usually give you some half-baked excuse and say they are working on it. Broken sauna, broken hot tub, broken workout machines, and broken key fobs so you can't even get in the building after making the drive. Additionally, the meat heads are always taking off their shirts and flexing in the mirrors, blasting their music, and hogging machines while sitting on their phones. Staff seems too intimidated to do anything about it. Way overpriced for the service you're getting.

I'm just posting to say that the hours/days listed are incorrect. It says it's closed Fridays, but I've gone every Friday for 3 months. I also think the closing time is closer to 10/11 PM but I've never been there that late.

Yes. You have to make an advanced appointment for it. I can't remember how much though. I remember thinking it was pretty reasonable.
