Food ordered was good and 99 times out of 100 drink orders will be right on. They've only ever got my drink i ordered wrong once and I've been going there for over 5 yrs

Even though like every place they are understaffed, Dunkin’ Donuts never fails to disappoint me and my family. My dad and I went there today December 23rd and they were very nice and welcoming even though there was a line. I highly recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts. It may take some time for your drinks and food but that’s because they’re very understaffed like most places are. The young lady who was making all the sandwiches was very nice as well. Even though she was under a lot of stress the people at Dunkin never show it. I love Dunkin’ Donuts so much. Thank you to all the hard workers❤️

Probably one of, if not, the worst Dunkin around the Seymour area. Shame really because they were one of the best. The new staff seem to not care and joke around too much and just all around slow as turtles now. Could be just you in line ordering a coffee and a bagel and it'll take 10 mins. Definitely avoid this Dunkin and go to Ansonia/Derby or the other one in Seymour on Derby Ave.

2 to 3 people ahead of me in line when I walked in. Bunch of people waiting on hot stuff. So I ordered donuts and an iced coffee with a turbo shot. And there I am left standing there while everyone gets their order and leaves and mine is still not ready and no one says why until the manager sees that I am getting frustrated. "Oh they're training" "oh there was an order for 5 lattes for an internet order in front of you". Why wouldn't you clear the people who are physically in store ordering in person first?. I yelled, she yelled. No one said anything insulting. The service has been going downhill for a while now. They are much quicker and much nicer at the one on Derby Ave anyway so I wont ever go to that one again.
