I went in here yesterday to get scrubs. I picked up the same scrubs I always wear for work. I was currently in a pair of work scrubs so I got the same size that I had on. The cashier asked me if I wanted to try them on and I told her no since it was the same size I was currently wearing at that moment. She then replied “well I see you have all of that going on there” while rubbing her stomach. I am not pregnant at all whatsoever and I found it very inappropriate and disrespectful to talk about my size like that. I am in recovery from an eating disorder so to hear that was very triggering. Even if I didn’t have one, you as a customer service employee should not be talking about anyone’s weight in such a negative manner. I replied by repeating that I was getting the same size I currently had on since it fit me properly. She then said “welllll if you do end up trying them on and don’t like the size, you can exchange it”. I was mortified by the way she spoke to me. As far as I remember, it is inappropriate to negatively speak about a customer’s weight. This is inappropriate and unacceptable
