Totally botched my newborn granddaughters service. Made her look terrible, no funeral procession, didn’t even put her in the casket my daughter picked out and put her in a white box instead, No minister showed up, no balloon release as planned, and we didn’t even get the set up at the gravesite we were promised. All we got were folding chairs. There was no lowering device for her either. A gentleman from the cemetery had to jump down into the hole and place her there. HORRIBLE PLACE!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!

Biglow Funeral Directors went above and beyond when I needed them most. My wife was my life and they made me feel that everything was taken care of. They took a lot off of my shoulders during a time when I was at my lowest. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of comfort, care and understanding. They don't just talk it. They show it in all they do. Thank you so much.

They provide the service for my son. Which we were happy with most of, but I would not use them again ever in my life. Why because the manager Vincent is a lier. And I can't stand a lier. We requested two limousine for our service but he said we didn't. I said we, because there was 7 other people in the room when we discussed this. So I guess WE all heard wrong. After the service we were scrambling to figure out how my son's siblings were going to get to the cemetery. Thanks Vincent. That's by far below standard for someone with the job title Public Relations. You should seek other employment to spare grieving families from your lack of dignity and respect. You disrespected us by call us liers in front of hundreds of family and friends. Shame on you. At the moment I would not recommend this business.

They took such good care when it came to preparing my mom for viewing she was just so beautiful.
