I feels like the entrance fees are a bit high when most things are not even open. It is beautiful there but not real impressed with only 2 places open.

Visitor center and museum were great. His home is closed for renovation and the library is pretty much empty. Paid full rate to see half. Don't go until after renovations have been completed.

The museum was great but, as others have said, the gift shop, library and home were all closed yet the hours on the gift shop and library showed they should have been open! Masks were mandatory as well and we were unprepared so we had to buy some there.

Fascinating look into the life of Ike.

They will be finished soon! The summer of 2019 and it's going to be amazing!

Angela Yocum, I'm not sure what you mean. From my perspective, the entire Dwight D. Eisenhowe Museum was filled with "cool displays" in every single area I entered from start to finish. What displays were you expecting to see that aren't there now?
We do have wheelchairs available however we do not have motorized scooters.
President Eisenhower is buried next to his wife and infant son in the chapel of the Eisenhower campus in Abilene Kansas.
Yes. You need a reservation to visit the museum. You can purchase a ticket online through their website. They will then email your ticket(s) to you. You may NOT purchase at the museum at the current time. The museum and chapel are currently the only things you may tour. The childhood home, gift shop, and presidential library are still closed and not available for touring. I just visited the museum this week, and it is well worth the price of admission.
Adding to Sam's answer, presumably because of covid they close at 2 on weekdays. (Went there on 6/18/2021)
Yes it is. Grounds are patrolled by security and well lit.
Everyday of the year except Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years day.
Yes, you can definitely park an RV there along the outer parimeter of the lot by the train tracks. Parking is free.

They have a nice open parking lot, I think you could find a spot in the back or along with the side of the lot. Depending on the size of your RV you could also likely pull through a parking spot and park in 2 spots.
To enter the hall or museum, yes. To just walk the grounds, no.
If it was me, I would contact the museum and ask if they could help you with the album.
The museum is under renovation and has a limited display currently. The library is fully functioning and all research materials are available.
I don't remember seeing it but it could have been there.
The facility is open 7 days a week. The hours are 8:45-4:45. The chapel is open from dawn to dusk.
To tour the home and Museum I believe the cost is $12
