I started going to this gym last year around summer time. It was great back then. It wasn’t usually TOO packed most of the time and everyone who went had some type of gym etiquette. Since they introduced the 10 dollar a month promo it’s been terrible. Not only is the gym completely packed at all hours (more people standing around waiting for equipment than working out), you have extremely young, rude and clueless kids there who don’t have ANY etiquette at all. I literally had a kid move my stuff!!! Not to mention the $10 dollar promo was limited so you were not supposed to have access to the pool or sauna/steam room. That never rolled out so these people with the 10 dollar membership are getting the same benefits as the people who had been paying 30+ dollars a month. How is that fair!? Absolutely ridiculous. I hate it here and I will be canceling my membership. I go to LA fitness in Waterford with my boyfriend and it’s much better. I left that LA fitness for this reason and now they have all flocked to this gym because it’s cheaper. TERRIBLE. Don’t waste your time. You’ll be standing around for hours waiting for gym equipment instead of working out.

excellent location, polite and professional staff, large private Parking, convenient location and concentration of simulators, highly motivated professional athletes! I recommend to all! Here you will achieve the desired result and make new friends!

This gym has become a nightmare! I have been a member for over 2. It started out fantastic! It was clean, organized & the service was great. They changed their pricing to $10 a month and now it’s ridiculously overcrowded, under managed and just gross. The machines need to be cleaned but impossible when it’s always a mad house. No matter what time you workout it’s always packed. Not to mention that they allow kids who are suppose to be 12 year olds to workout without any parents present (even though they say they have to be. But don’t follow through on this) and ask for no ID of the child to prove their age. So if your looking for a super cheat after school program for your kids this is the place for them. They are short staff and most of the staff sits on their phones rather than doing their jobs with 2-3 exceptions. Roof has been leaking for months and nothing is fixed. Excuse after excuse when it comes to addressing issues. The most popular line they give members…. It’s corporate nothing we can do. Staff members aren’t penalized for endangering members.

Just joined as it close to work and far from home. Three major complaints...1. The seat portion of the incline benches are configured in such a way that you have to choose between no support or having the seat dig into your hamstrings with heavy dumbbells on your legs. Not fun at all. 2. They have a bunch of places to do pull-ups that are like 9 feet off the deck with no way to get up there so why have them? 3. The two stations they have that are reachable have stretched out rubber sleeves on the dip and pull-up handles that rotate during use. Not optimal with 90 lbs around your waist... or ever! Other than that, it serves the purpose and most of the staff that I've interacted with has been nice and helpful. Please fix the dip and pull-up situation before someone gets injured.
