I am here from out of state, Dr. Parnes and his staff got me an appt. In a timely manner. These other reviews about Covid protocols are a joke. Masks don't prevent you from getting Covid....but I'll leave it at that b/c to solely base your negative reviews on "people not wearing masks" is not giving this office and Dr. Parnes the credibility they deserve. Anywho, I've had an ongoing ear infection and hearing loss for 3 weeks now. Dr. Parnes explained to me exactly what was going on as well as on a diagram (i'm a picture person) Very down to earth, personable and thorough. The right medication finally given with several tests performed. Something already feels different and I can tell I'm on the right path. Once i transition down here Dr. Parnes will be my go to! Thankyou 🙏🙌

This practice provides absolutely no Covid protection!! No masking of staff or patients is requested. No one other than me and intake nurse was masked. No questions were asked about my vaccination status or of anyone else. Intake nurse was very congested and sounded ill. There was no shield at reception. Many magazines were available. I felt too unsafe to stay for apptm. This doctor’s office is the worst I’ve experienced since pandemic began.

Doctor has no Covid protocols in place. He has many patients that he examines breathing right in their face without a mask. I can’t possibly take chance of having him infect me!

1. The cleanest doctors office that we’ve been to 2. Support staff well versed very nice great attitudes 3. Best is last. A doctor that not only cares but has great deal of patience for all our questions and is very gentle and very knowledgeable We got very lucky when we met him!
