They have no idea what they are doing!!! I call to make a payment on my husband's account for 2 years faithfully with no problem then one month it's I can't take a payment from you; next month it's oh I can take a payment but I can't give you account info; now it's I can give you his account number but I can't take a payment!! Every month for the past six months it's like pulling teeth trying to make his payment because they don't know what they are doing!! Which is it????? Just take the payment for God's sake!

Place needs to be closed down. Absoletely terrible to work with. Expect you to come to their facitily and make payments. Never send out statements in the mail. Even if u ask for them. I don't know how they are still open.
