Amazing Breakfast Bagel place. We accidentally stumbled upon it and were so glad we did. They have a wide selection of ways to dress up your bagel. They have sweet sugary, salty and flavorful or unique tastes you didnt know you would love. You will love it here. Fun decor and nice nooks to hangout. Coffee was good too! We will be back :) 🥯🥯🥯🥯🥯

I called to make an order for 6 dozen bagels as I have been told this place has some of the BEST, I was excited to place an order for a work event I have coming up. I called the Overland Park location first and Zeke, the manager told me they can't take orders over the phone, not even with payment and that I would have to go in to place the order. I work, I have 8 kids... I don't have time to go in just to place an order. So I called another location to see if they could take my order by phone. The girl was super sweet, said I can order online, and in the note section put the date I will be picking them up and they will have it ready for me. I thought GREAT... WIN/WIN! So I place the order online to the OP location since that is closest to my work and then I get a call from Zeak. I was unable to pick up as I was on a work call. So Zeak decides to leave a snarky voicemail about how they will not honor my order and that they are going to refund it and that's not how they do things. I thought to myself, my the world as charged, customer service isn't even a thing anymore! I called the KCMO store back to discuss the issue and to see if there was a way for them to work with me and the girl told me she was the owner's daughter and they always do pre-orders that way, ALL THE TIME and she would make sure my Bagels were ready. Not even 10 minutes later Pete the owner calls me to tell me he heard the story already, does not even ask me about my experiences. and how I would need to send my order through email and then pay, again. Even though my order was already paid for and they already knew my order, they will refund that. At that moment I was DONE! I had nothing nice to say, I will get the Bagels from somewhere else for Pete's sake, no pon intended. I get having a process and following through on that process. But when your team is RUDE, and miss trained, its NOT the customer fault!!!! MAKE IT RIGHT!

I guess they are trying to save money on cream cheese. This is ridiculous on $20 worth of bagels. To be fair the bagels are good but I’m not going to spend this much again.

At Meshuggah, they are not allowing inside dining. They will let you order inside but then wait outside to get it. They require masks to go into the restaurant and take all safety precautions necessary.

Hello Lisa We do not use eggs or dairy in any of our bagels. Our challah on fridays does contain eggs, but it is not baked on the stones that the bagels touch.
Hello Jon, We need to give our hard working crews some time to recharge and be with their families. Monday is the slowest day of the week, and also gives a much-deserved break after a busy weekend. Hopefully we will see you another day soon...
