I want to start off by saying how great of an experience I started out with. One of the most laid back dealerships I have ever stepped foot in. The salesman approached us but put zero pressure on us to do anything and didn’t hover at all. Never tried to talk us into anything. We picked out our vehicle and started the paperwork. All super easy and relaxed. Went to pick up the car I was trading in and halfway to the dealer, it died, totally. They had us bring it in anyway and still managed to work with us and get us a very reasonable price with the much lower, as you would expect, trade. The whole time they were relaxed and reassuring. End of the day they went above and beyond to get us what we wanted and keep us from breaking the bank. I would recommend them to anyone. Hands down one of the easiest car buying experiences I have ever had.
