My package was suppose to be delivered 5 days ago and now claim they lost it. Was delivered 3 days ago but to the wrong address, they picked it back up and it’s scheduled to be delivered yesterday. Main problem is, the general number’s customer service is trash. Another problem is, these delivery drivers need to pay better attention to addresses. Found the direct number days later but she said they lost it somewhere in their station with no update as to what’s next.

The job is like prison. they are under staffed and the fact that they try to fit 6hrs of work into 4hrs is crazy, we don't get any breaks (15min nothing) and it's overwhelming

The woman I finally spoke with was great but the delivery driver throws the packages in the front door of our building under the mailboxes. He has also gone off on my handicapp neighbor. This time I saw him do it and tried to talk to him and he just went off on me. Will not tolerate that so I called again this time maybe something will be done.

Your best bet is simply contact FedEx directly. This location is in need of contractors, however you jave to apply for the contracts. Its best to contact them Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm and get the required information.

Have a relative call and then provide proper paperwork but it does beg the question how did you ask this on Google that wont allow you to notify someone
