It was my 1st time getting lash extensions. Of course I’m super nervous about it and have no idea what to expect. Once I arrived I wasn’t really explained what the steps were. When I was pulled back I wasn’t explained the different styles or shapes or volume. The lash technician just started stating different styles but didn’t explain in detail of what it would look like with my eye shape. So to be safe I just said a natural look. It took about 3 and half hours for a full set. I’m not sure if that’s normal due to the website saying 1 hour to 90 mins. Once I was paying I didn’t get instructions how to take care of my lashes or when to come back in. Also about 10 mins from leaving I started to notice lashes falling off just constantly falling off even with out rubbing just blinking once I saw them falling off it wouldn’t stop. So now I have half my lashes and it looks very uneven. Over all I was very disappointed with the outcome and the money I spent as well was not worth it. I did this to get a confidence boost after having my baby and most definitely this didn’t boost my confidence but actually made it worst. Unfortunately this experience will most definitely not want to get lashes again.

Definitely the worst extensions ever They constantly upsell - "get a lash bath" (And that shortens your actual extension time) She left large gaps and about 10% fell out within 24 hours They were almost completely gone in 10days. But they sure try to sell you a "subscription" over and over again Yes , please I want to overpay for terrible extensions that don't t last and look like CRAP🙄 Repeat - Worst lash extensions I have ever gotten and terrible service, "times up, oh well if I didn't finish, byebye" #terrible

I would not suggest this company, their customer service and front desk staff are awful. I was told I had no subscription over the phone in May. I noticed charges on my card this August I called back & they rudely said no one told me I had no subscription they clearly see it, essentially calling me a liar. To cancel this ghost subscription they indicated I needed to come into the store and dispute the charges with my bank because they are not providing a refund. They record their calls! They could have easily pulled the call and heard their agent give me the wrong information but they refused. Very unhelpful company, this is not my first issue with them either. Just go somewhere else for your lashes. Their online portal also does not work!

Horrible! Whatever product they use really irritated my eyes and all of my eyelashes fell out within 3 days not to mention I couldn't stop the itchining from my eyelids was horrible. Never again

Eyelash extension refills take 45-60 minutes. If less than 50% of your lash extensions remain (per eye) you may need to schedule a Full Set instead.
Our lash studio asks that our guests allow 90 minutes to 2 hours for your first full set appointment. If you have lash extensions on currently, please let us know so we can schedule additional time for a lash removal service.

To ensure that we have the proper amount of time for each guest, we require that you book an appointment for our lash studio. You may choose your stylist and the time that works best for you. You can also indicate the style of lash extensions you want at that time.
For best results, our lash studio recommends keeping your new lashes dry and avoiding participating in activities with excessive humidity and that cause you to sweat for the first 48 hours after application.

We ask that our guests arrive at their appointment with a fresh face. Remove all eye makeup, and avoid using sunscreen or moisturizers. Please don't curl your lashes or wear mascara. Right before the appointment you may be asked to cleanse your lashes with a mild cleanser to remove any leftover oils.
When applied by one of our amazing professionals, eyelash extensions should last the length of the natural growth cycle of your own eyelashes. Depending on your activity and day-to-day routine, most people need refills every 2-3 weeks!
