Terrible experience can't get in touch with anyone. Website is not helpful. When I got there they said I didn't have an appointment. Very disappointing as I made this appointment over a week ago. Sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes plus mintues will definitely go through another business in the future. As someone who has been extremely ill. This did not make my day start very well. Jordan

Julie is very rude and short! I cannot believe this woman is allowed to talk to customers. SHE HAS ZERO INTEREST IN BEING KIND OR EVEN ACTING LIKE THEY WANT ANYONE THERE. Go anywhere else! I had to call my employer and change the testing site. Go anywhere else or waste your time!

Horrible. Waited for an hour and a half after my appointment time. What's the point of making an appointment.

So far o have not even been there, but their web site and phone service is awful. Web site did not show my insurance. Took me several tries to reach a person. 45 minutes. Then sent to web site to schedule. System bumped me if and customer service loses at 2pm

Go to their home page, on top click for patients then click make appointment. It's super easy and saves a ton of time. https://www.questdiagnostics.com/home/patients/

Your best bet is to call the doctor's office that ordered the test. The results should have been sent directly to them.
