My husband hired them, and they cancelled the job because the underbid it. However, they couldn't be bothered to call us and let us know. Instead, the install date came and no one showed. We called and were then informed. On top of that, they still have a pending charge for the services they cancelled on our Credit Card. Stay away from them. Stay far away!

UPDATE: They have decided to cancel my job, but unfortunately won't return ANY of my many calls. They have put a pending charge (for the services that they refused to perform) on my Wells Fargo Loan Credit Card. I can't close that account until they remove the charge. This has supposedly been cancelled for several weeks, yet they still won't remove the charge or return my calls. ORIGINAL: I had a LeafFilter sales person come to my home, and he sold me their gutter system, along with gutters for my shed, and some new downspouts. I was pleased with that interaction. We signed a contract on the spot, and had a loan approved and ready for the work to be done. Fast forward to the install date. No one showed up. I tried calling support and was told someone would call me back that day or the next. No one did. I called support again. I was told the same thing, and finally someone called back. He apologized and said that the price had increased, and that they couldn't honor the contract. I challenged that, since the contract stated that either party had only three days to back out, otherwise the contract was binding. Since no one had communicated to me, and the job was not actually cancelled, I felt they were bound to their agreement. He agreed, and said he had to get some approvals and would call me back the following day. He never did. I called him back, and it went to a voicemail with no name, and said the voicemail box was full. I called support again. They are escalating this up to management, and will have them call me back. This is probably the worst customer support I've received from a company. First, they mess up and underbid a job. Then they fail to cancel the job. Then they fail to follow-up with the customer after being reached out to. Just awful! I can't believe they lie and say they have such great reviews, because I'm sure I'm not just their only unlucky customer.

I had gutters and the LeafFilter gutter protection system installed. The removal of the old gutters and installing the new was accomplished in one day. When a minor problem arose after about 2 months, I called and someone was out to remedy the problem the next day. I would definitely recommend this business.
