The awesome jewelry experts saved what would have been a 1 start review to a 5 star review long story short there was some miscommunication and some errors on ring sizing and I had to purchase a new wedding band for myself. The manger hearing of what happened called me and made it right! For any rings or jewelry in the future I will always use Shane co.

My ring was stolen six months after I received it. They offered no help on replacing it despite the claims for free lifetime warranty. They did at least promise to let me luchase a new ring at a discounted price. Once my husband was ready to get my new ring they said they couldn’t give him a discounted price. Heartbreaking.

They carry loose stones but I'd expect you'd need to call for specific cuts and sizes
