Can't speak to the service department, but their gas prices are crazy higher than neighboring stations (especially for Premium). They jack the price up knowing they are the closest to 395-Duke exit. Nearby Shell and Exxon stations on Duke will consistently be 20-30 cents cheaper a gallon.

Terrible experience! I pulled into the state inspection parking spot and waited a few minutes while looking around to see if any of the staff visible was coming over to assist me. After absolutely no one acknowledged me I went inside and stated that I needed an inspection. The young man pointed to a temporary structure and said that was the office just on the other side of my parked car. So I walked over to the structure, knocked and opened the door and found no one. I then walked over to the garage and asked who could do the inspection. This young man told me that at 4:25, it was too late because it would take an hour to perform the inspection. When I asked why, he stated that there was so much new things to check for. I asked, what new things . . . all I got was gibberish. Then pointed to another tall man who I noticed as I was parking my car, the same man I walked by as I entered and exited the station, the same man who was standing near my parked car next to the "office". So I walked over to him and asked for an inspection. Low and behold he said it was going to take an hour! I asked again, for what? Then he said that he was on the phone with a customer to which I said I'm standing here and I'm a customer needing an inspection! He couldn't have cared any less! He then offered to make an appointment for the next morning. Pitiful customer service!! It was their loss. Truly, I to another station for the inspection and needed a some repair service. This place is a joke, now!

A couple months ago, I ran over a nail and, when I noticed, stopped at the nearest service garage, this Sunoco, to address the issue. They removed the nail free of charge, which I had to confirm three times since it has been so long since someone at a dealership did something so kind and honest. When I needed my front tires changed, which are special ordered, I requested quotes from the dealership and this garage for new tires and alignment. This garage quoted me a price that was more than half the cost of the dealership, they got me in quickly, added an additional coupon without having to do so, and were highly communicative and kind. In addition, they didn’t try to sell me anything additional, unlike the dealership when I took my car there for an oil change. My car drives great (had an alignment issue) and I am exceedingly pleased with the quality of their work. These are honest people doing exceptional work.

Employees were late to work so instead of my inspection being at 8 when they opened, it was at 8:20am. Yes my car is under a year old but the entire inspection was less than 10 minutes in duration. I doubt the mechanic really completed a thorough inspection. Will not return.
