I’m a Livonia resident and I was looking to get rid of some old paint. When I went to the website it says it’s a 5 dollars for loads under 100 pounds. When they took it inside and I went to pay they said $56 dollars. I questioned it and the man said that the contract expired as of sept 30th and he pointed to a little crumpled up piece of paper in the wall. There is no information on the website that says this on the city website. I check the company website that Livonia contracted through and there was no information in pricing. I was charged $56 dollars instead of the $5 dollars that the website said. Certainly this is false information. I listed the Livonia website photos with the information that is on there. This experience will be filed with the BBB.

It's nice to have a place to take hazardous waste materials. There prices are reasonable. There staff is polite, friendly, and professional.

Yes sorry there is but it is not much I wish I knew the flat rate but they do charge by the pound and they do have a minimum of 10 dollars I think

Depends on what community you live in. If you live in Farmington, Southfield, Novi, Milford, or Wixom there is no charge. Also certain addresses in Walled Lake and South Lyon can drop off for free as well.
