Let's see called on 7/31, 8/1, twice, 8/2 twice. they "do" answer the phone but that's it. AND NOW 8/4 AND STILL NO RESPONSE. And I have a 4k Navien water system installed by them. Call Thorton & Grooms. Came out within 2 hrs of my call. Clearwater needs some customer service training!

I’ve been calling for two weeks now to set an appointment and no one return call or date set. Spoke with two different people. Told they were waiting on Justin. Art the owner never seems to be in. I guess being a return costumer means nothing. I’m search of new pool new pool company.

A great team to work with. They started and built our pool this fall and was amazed at how fast the team moved. The finished product looks wonderful! Everyone was very professional and helpful with questions we had throughout the entire process. They worked extremely hard. A great team to work with and excited to open our pool next year!

I will update when I can, just trust me when I say they are horrible. Response to the owner: just because my name is not on your files does not mean you aren’t doing a job on my property. Also don’t apologize, I know you are not sincere about it.

Clearwater Construction (Clearwater Pool & Spa) | Apr 20, 2022

The most common plumbing problems are clogged drains and toilets, leaky faucets and pipes, water heater issues, low water pressure, and a running toilet. What uses the most water in my home?

Clearwater Construction (Clearwater Pool & Spa) | Apr 20, 2022
Clearwater Construction (Clearwater Pool & Spa) | Apr 20, 2022

Toilets typically use the most water in the home, beating out showers, dishwashers, and sinks. This is because of the frequency toilets are often used. You can adjust the water level that the basin fills up to with a couple of quick adjustments. Also, there is the option to install a low-flush toilet, which uses less water.

How do I avoid frozen pipes?

Clearwater Construction (Clearwater Pool & Spa) | Apr 20, 2022
Clearwater Construction (Clearwater Pool & Spa) | Apr 20, 2022

The best way to prevent your pipes from freezing is by insulating your pipes. If you are not able to insulate your pipes you can leave the water on a slow drip on very cold nights. The water constantly running will prevent your pipes from freezing.

What are the benefits of a tankless hot water heater?

Clearwater Construction (Clearwater Pool & Spa) | Apr 20, 2022
Clearwater Construction (Clearwater Pool & Spa) | Apr 20, 2022

The biggest benefit of a tankless water heater is that they never run out of hot water. A storage tank hot water has a limited capacity (whatever the size of the tank), while a tankless can heat unlimited amounts as it passes through the system. Tankless water heaters can also save you money by only heating the water you use, not the amount of water that is sitting in the storage tank.

How do I get rid of standing water in my dishwasher?

Clearwater Construction (Clearwater Pool & Spa) | Apr 20, 2022
Clearwater Construction (Clearwater Pool & Spa) | Apr 20, 2022

The most common reason for this is a clogged drain basket. Start by running your garbage disposal. From there clean your sink's air gap and remove standing water. A shop vacuum is recommended for this. Clean up any detergent that could have accumulated on sensors. Check the drain basket/ filter in the bottom of your dishwasher and clean it out thoroughly. At this point check the drain hose for kinks, as well as any possible clogs/ obstructions. If necessary replace the drain hose and if problems persist then contact a licensed professional.

Clearwater Construction (Clearwater Pool & Spa) | Apr 20, 2022
Clearwater Construction (Clearwater Pool & Spa) | Apr 20, 2022
