Prices here are 2-3 times what other ups stores charge. He kept saying prices keep going up. He wanted over $50 to send a box that small and weighed 6lbs. The ups site said $14. The ups on alameda and wads charged $14.5.

I’ve been here a couple of times, but no more. Horrible service and astronomically overpriced. I was mailing an Amazon Firestick and he told me it would be $36. I went to the OfficeMax in the same shopping center….$7.

I was quoted a price to mail a book (average-sized novel) via media mail to Woodland Park CO. The price quoted was something close to $37. I took it to a USPS store and mailed it for $4.16. What a joke - but not funny. That was after paying $130 to mail an average sized box to Pompano Beach FL. I will never patronize these robbers again.

Horrible customer service! Multiple packages have gone missing from this location and only from this location. Very sketchy. Drive to another location.
