Central Auto Parts was great back in the day. Unfortunately not anymore. You guys have the rudest guys on the phone and hang up with people in Denver. We have contacted you about a part of the car and the application is complicated. So we called the salesman, Brandon, the disrespectful guy, plus this isn't the first time we've been mistreated on the phone. We decided to never do business with you. You don't need our work we know but we also don't need yours. Pay these people more on the phone or replace them with decent ones.

Good staff, and good parts, but they need to find a way to make the customer see actual photo for the part before he buys it, this procedure will save them many returns, because the website didn't show the exact part you looking for.

Went to there business and they are still on lockdown with no customer service available like the pandemic is still going on. I’ve done a lot of business there but maybe I’ll be going somewhere else.

Bought a 3.5l ecoboost engine that was rated as a high quality part with exceptional condition, they told me it was a good engine and wouldn’t have any surprises. After I paid a shop to pull my engine and reinstall this newer one, we found out the rear seal and vacuum pump seals are destroyed, which both are dumping oil seconds after startup. I contacted this company and they gave me 19% back and told me this is better than having a non-running engine, the sells guy actually recommended not installing anything that was purchased from a salvage yard, so that shows how much they care about what they sale. I’ve spent so much at the shop and this engine I could’ve had a shortblock from ford installed cheaper! I wouldn’t use this company, very hard to get ahold of customer service and they really don’t care after they get their money.

Potentially, I believe these are part of the frame and would need to be cut and welded. Does that make sense? Yours is not a bolt-on correct?
