Update: Just found out our house didnt pass energy star certification! What did DWH do to address that you ask. NOTHING! They didnt fix anything and they didnt tell us. They chose to ignore it. UPDATE: I now have water leaking under my bathroom sink. This is the 4th leak we have had in 6 months. UPDATE: Two neighbors reporting water leaking into their homes today from the roof. I'm sure that number will go up when people start getting home from work. UPDATE: It is 1130pm. My thermostat has been set to 72 all day, the temp on the main floor is 77 now and has been all day. The temp upstairs in my bedroom is 81. THE TEMP OUTSIDE IS 73! IT IS COOLER OUTSIDE THAN INSIDE even though my ac has been running all day. I have been told to basically adjust my expectations of what the system can provide and that it is working properly. What kind of solution is that?? Adjust my expectations??UPDATE: My ac unit lost all power today, thermostat and all. There was a leak in the drain pipe that tripped the kill switch in the drip pan. This is THE 3RD LEAK (all different places) we have had in 6 months. Makes me wonder what is happening behind the walls that we cant see. Even though the unit was powered on 4.5 hours ago it has failed to lower the temp even 1 degree. It is 80 degrees in our bedroom at bed time. If you like laying in bed sweating while trying to fall asleep then please buy a David Weekley Home. UPDATE: Now my irrigation system can only be turned on and off by the main water supply line in my utility closet. My air conditioner has basically given up trying to cool the house. I have 1,667 square feet in ac zone 3 which should be a 3 ton unit and they installed a 2 ton unit. My wife is miserably hot which means i am miserable. Thanks again David Weekley. STAY AWAY! Congratulations David Weekley Homes. My house has not caught fire or fallen down yet. Other than that, it is clear nobody cared about quality of work or attention to detail. I call my warranty representative at least three times a month for various quality related items. None of my exterior doors seal properly so 0* air gets in throughout the winter and 100* air gets in throughout the summer and they can't seem to fix it. Nobody who hung something owned a level. I had a huge ice dam form and they just shrugged their shoulders and blamed the sun. Poor insulation causes ice dams not the sun. Too many issues to list all of them. Bottom line is that we wish we never bought this house. Because they were 7 months late completing the house we were priced out of our other options so we were stuck here. I expected a poor experience building a home but David Weekley took it to a whole other level. My whole street has nothing but bad things to say about the quality of their home. STAY AWAY FROM DAVID WEEKLEY!

Our floor plans are not for sale. We thoughtfully select the right floor plan for each homesite as every homesite has particular characteristics and soil conditions that require engineering and attention to detail, affecting the suitability of a floor plan to the site itself.
You may make minor changes to floor plans. No foundation, exterior (front facade of home) or plumbing changes are available due to engineering, inspectors, etc. We do offer several exterior options for each of our floor plans. Some of our floor plans also include a variety of Flex Options, which allows you to choose how you want the space to be used based on your lifestyle and needs.
The construction of our homes is measured in 10 stages. Timeframes for each home can vary, depending on many factors, including material availability, weather, inspections and permitting.
