Would have given five stars but the receptionist while extremely professional was unwilling to help me . To her defense she was following protocol which I understand but it’s not always what you say but how you say it . No empathy, borderline made me feel like “your problem not mine , go away “ she really got her point across to me . Thankfully somebody in the back overheard my conversation with this irritated individual and came to my rescue and helped me . Would you look at that ……….. somebody actually stepped out of the box to help.Everybody else in there was cheerful and happy. Honestly listening to this individual speak to other people that she works with she sounded cheerful and happy. Maybe she didn’t like the way I looked I don’t know. If people are going to be easily irritate you shouldn’t be in customer service. Or deal with the public. On that note Annie and Cassie are fantastic! Both knowledgeable and helpful . Updated 5/19/22 ; Had another appointment today and actually worked with the Receptionist from last time, I will admit I was a little nervous but she was actually awesome to me very helpful and super knowledgeable. Today was an overall awesome experience. Upped my personal rating to 5 from 3 . Thank you !!!

Annie is awesome, she listens to you and she cares, she makes me and my family members feel we can trust her with our health care. I would highly recommend her she's amazing, it is very hard to find a Doctor who genuinely cares. Her staff are all very pleasant as well.
