Jennifer Vince is a complete Karen and total brat, to say the least. After spending years and 100’s of thousands with srs/Wimsatt/Willowby they hold no value for their customers and zero accountability for their countless and costly mistakes. As a exterior contractor I strongly urge you to avoid even considering using this company (state wide). Jeff Mull is slightly more professional given his horrible reputation state wide. Great alternatives would be Abc supple, Eikenhout, beacon, gulf eagle, any lumber yard or heck even Menards or one of the big box stores.

I've purchased a lot of materials from them in the past. Never had a problem until now. Went in to get some help with warranty info on a product purchased from wimmsatt. Of course it's not their problem and said I should buy a product to clean chalking vinyl siding. Ok, so I just tell my customer that he has to clean his brand new siding every year!! Can't do that!! Horrible customer service and will not be buying a single nail from these jokers.
