We arrived at 11:30pm for a 6 night stay...first room smelled a bit musty and had BED BUGS! (See pictures) They gave us another room. Room 2 smelled better but there was USED CHEWING TOBACCO in the corner and bits of food on the floor (see pictures) . They gave us another room. Room 3 was fairly clean but had a deep musty/moldy smell to it. After sleeping our first night in the room, we realized it felt unhealthy to stay here. Upon beginning to sort through the refund process with the third party we used to purchase the room, we were asked to try one more room. The room felt reasonably clean and was reasonably smell-free. We can't complain about room #4. Although, it did rain a decent bit on one of the days we were there and the hallway outside of our room was soaked because the ceilings were leaking like a faucet (see pictures). Also, the police were around several times during the week... Stay away!!!

This place is beyond unacceptable. Smells like people live there all the time. Had to change smelly room to another, not better. The tub was gross. The only renovation I could reason out was too much air freshener hiding old, bad things. Oh, and a rotisserie chicken in the hallway from the afternoon until we left in the morning. ??? Avoid this place.

Positive: What I like best about this hotel is the rooms are very clean. The Manager is very Knowledgeable and Helpful. All the staff are Friendly and Very Helpful. I would Definitely Recommend this hotel to anyone who needs one. Negative: None

I would of really enjoyed this stay if I didn't have such an irritating encounter with checking in with the manager. I booked online through hotels.com, came to check in exhausted and tired at 10pm with all 3 of my small children by myself. I had to do a split payment with my cards and use cash to finish my payment. He declined being able to do that. This is where my tired attitude came out as I expected to be in my room already and putting my whining children to bed. He insisted I cancel through hotels.com and pay more money than what originally I had booked for. I Only had just enough for my 4 night stay(hence the split payments) I ended up crying on the phone trying to find a place to stay before I would have to sleep in the van with my kids. That is when he decided he could take my split payments. After my second night I requested room service to clean up the room a little(vacuum and trash out, new towels etc) the manager said ok and I not once received any room service the 4 nights I was there. I took my own trash out and had to ask another employee for towels late one night. The manager proceeded to stare me down everytime I left and returned from the building. All other employees were delightful. But the manager Absolutely Not. I will not be returning only because of the manager.
