Took unpaid hours from work to take a tour, and even called the day before to confirm availability and that my appointment was still on. They did not bother to inform me until I was at the office that the appointment was canceled and the unit unavailable. The worker in the office was rude and I had to nearly yell over their radio to speak to them.

This apartment complex is absolutely terrible . The office never answers if you call & if you go up to the office they’re always closed even when they’re not supposed to be . They don’t respond to emails & everything in the apartment building is not up to date & barely working . They paint over everything to make it seem new but it’s not . The heating or air doesn’t work in every room . There’s literally dips in the floors like they just put new carpet over it & ignored it . The air conditioner drips , the windows are broken down & thin to where it’s super hot in the summer & freezing cold in the winter , there’s even mold around the windows . Sometimes the bathroom sink smells like eggs . The oven & refrigerators are a hot or miss . Even the blinds aren’t new . The hallways are always dirty & smell horrible the carpet in the hallways looks like the same carpet from the 90s . But they expect they’re rent on time which is a shame , especially if you’re trying to reach out to tell them your problems . If you’re thinking about leasing with Golf Manor Apartments please run the other way . It’s not worth it at all , & you can find something way better than this dump of a complex.

I was scheduled for a tour. It got rescheduled & when I came for the time it was rescheduled for the office door was locked & nobody answered the door. I was supposed to meet with Amanda. When I got there, the person who scheduled the tour told me to wait ten minutes, which I did & once those ten minutes were up they told me they would reschedule me again & all they said was “Sorry about that.” I waited thirty minutes before leaving. Extremely unprofessional.
