Yes. It's behind the Victory Inn that is on North Gratiot at North River Rd.
It's a HUD subsidized senior citizen apartment building. For most people, rent is 1/3 of their income. For those who make too much to get rent subsidized, it's in the upper $700s. I don't remember exact amount. Most pay 1/3 rd of their income. All utilities except cable and phone are covered with rent.
The only qualification is you must be 62 or over. Disability doesn't matter.
