Devon and Xavier came out to clean my spare bedroom because my cat sprayed throughout the whole room. They took everything out of the closet, removed all the furniture, ripped out the carpet and pad, washed the walls and ceiling and washed the floor and sealed it. They were extremely helpful and thorough. Nicki and Mel came out a few days later to put everything back in my closet. They were extremely helpful also. I have nothing but great things to say about ServPro. My 70 year old mother had a house fire in December of 2021, and 99% of her belongings were deemed a loss. The staff at Servpro were nothing but professional, helpful and extremely kind. They were never pushy, never made us feel rushed, and very careful with all items. Missy was the main contact person for our job and the “lead” team member, and is the most kind, loving person. She explained the whole process to us and also took the time to understand what my mom at 70 years old was going through losing everything that she ever had in her entire life. Missy and the whole team went above and beyond to try and save whatever they could and make sure no items were missed during inventory. Missy always kept in contact with us, during times we were at the house with her as well as when we were not there, and always went the extra mile to do what we asked. The entire ServPro team, including Steve, Juan, Dale, Dallas Rod, and Ryan were all wonderful. Forgive me if I forgot anyone!
