Dangerous area for families. Some units have been upgraded but no where near as nice as the pictures of model home. They are trying to improve but no getting very far

I'm going to try & keep this short & simple. I have been having problems & I am still having problems. I have asked to speak with corporate & corporate refuses to speak with me & tells someone else to let me know that they refused to speak with me. That the on-site people can help me out which is a total lie. The on-site people are who I am having trouble with. Not just one but now both of them. So now since corporate is refusing to speak with me, I am refusing to speak with them as now I am going to climb the ladder & I would like this message to get out to the people who are ahead of this place as well as corporate & I would like to speak to someone above both places & people. I need to speak with someone who is actually going to help me & not be unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, talk down towards me & be against me. I seem to not be getting anywhere with anyone & I have problems that need to be taken care of & taken seriously ASAP. I went to pay my rent today as well as include a problem that I'm having & I didn't like the way that I spoken too. This place just talks to you however anyway that they want & nobody seems to do anything about it not even corporate.

Don’t waste your money here! Pictures are a lie! The unit for tour and online have dishwasher, to my surprise on move in, no dishwasher but still paying for “renovated” unit. Management and maintenance do not care. My basement flooded up to my ankles causing thousands of dollars of my things to be ruined. I told the REGIONAL manager and all she said was “aweh, Michigan plumbing just left”. Maintenance came and literally just said “that sucks” and did NOTHING. So i had to spend hundreds of dollars out of pocket to pump the water out myself (1000 gallons..) , and when I was promised I was going to be reimbursed in person, i was then told via email that it was my decision to spend that money because I wanted “immediate action”… like my basement had stagnant water?! Also, I’ve had work orders that have yet to be completed from MONTHS ago. After multiple attempts to get them to fix things, and many broken promises on their end, I’ve just given up.Theres so many more things I could add but then I’d be writing a book and not a review.

This place isn't livable ive been there for two years still hasn't got my screen put in my window my basement constantly flooding ive been trying to find something else to move to i wouldn't have nobody come live there they are ran down like clayton said
