The pull out sofa had old nasty sheets and the bathtub had hair all over. Also, we were told on arrival that the elevator was out of order and had to lug our stuff up 3 flights. Not to mention I had to go up and down to get new sheets, then no pillows. The AC worked good. No apologies or compensation offered. This was my second stay here, never again, should have learned the first time….this stay was worse. Beware

Got there late one rainy night after driving all day, they were packed due to multiple large events in the area. The phones were ringing off the hook, but Janice at the desk handled it like a pro! I got the last room (thankfully someone had canceled) but it took her some finagling to get it right in the system. Very professional and we were very thankful to have a place to stay. It was a typical Hampton room and breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Great detailes oriented management ! Unlike 'family operated franchise' that I have seen before - that hotel everything was working properly . Room was very clean . Comfortable beds . Good quality sheets and bedspread . TV with many channels that DOES WORK ( full power batteries...) Hot breakfast served with lovely attendant lady with a big smile on her face .

Very clean, I was in a wheel chair and the staff went over and above to accommodate. Doorways and rooms very wide. This will definitely be my choice hotel, thanks to all the staff, they are so friendly, and the best food and coffee
