The bank is fine but customer service sucks I call and call and call and no answer they close during the most random days when a bank should be open. they’re system for some reason is always crashing I’ll definitely be changing banks soon

Who do their debit cards not work on most machines and businesses? I feel like it's a bootleg bank

So far 7 years with FICU, debit card has always worked, unless the be place wants master cards only.

Why doesn’t anyone answer phone calls. It’s important for me to get in touch with the bank. Thank you

First Imperial Credit Union attempts to provide services but it is very difficult to manage a bank. We recommend you pick a different bank, and appreciate you considering local business!

I wanted ask if people of the age under 50 years is allowed in the bank to open an account while i have an appointment to make the account
