I love that they didn’t ask about my animals. I asked if they would need a pet deposit and they said no and didn’t ask anything else. Everyone was really friendly and the maids were great and I enjoyed my stay there.

Responding to hotel’s comment: How about a refund. The unpleasant exchange and cancellation was uncalled for just because a staff member wanted to clock out and leave their shift. I still had a booking and whoever this person was stole my money on this booking. Good thing i called that 2nd time before doing my last hour of driving claiming i was a no show when i was in route Spoke to two people about getting there late. One said no problem. The 2nd person went ahead and cancelled my reservation without my consent. Yay

You generally can ask for a late check out which is usually 12.
Yes they have high speed WiFi which I've used many many times and it is exceptional it only works for one device. So if you have say a laptop or an iPad and an iPhone or an Android cell phone it'll only work for one item at a time you cannot get all your items on the Wi-Fi if that makes sense still worth it
