Ann Sather is the embodiment of Midwestern charm. Everytime I visit, the staff and waiters make you feel like family. And even though every time I cross my fingers that I get at least one cinnamon roll from the inside (I'm not an outside cinnamon roll kind of gal) they always bring an abundance of inside rolls, it's like they can sense it. ☺️ This place is like a warm hug and I feel so lucky that I live right down the street.

Hi, Kent. Because we do not use preservatives, we do not ship our cinnamon rolls. Customers have purchased them and sent them by overnight delivery, but it’s quite expensive. Local delivery is available via DoorDash, UberEats, Postmates or Grubhub. We look forward to serving you soon.

We have approximately 40 spaces. You may enter from Belmont or come down the alley off Sheffield by the Vic Theater.
