I think it's over priced for being a Dollar store! They do however have some nice things. If you're watching your budget this is not going to help. I'd rather go to a Walmart or some place else.

it's not exactly chrome polish maybe something similar they carry would be there they have a good variety of car detailing products
I'm really not sure when they close. I have gone at 9pm before and they were still busy. I believe it may be at 10pm. I hope that helps.
