Very unhappy. Service man said the part needed to repair was no longer available. Upon calling LG, the manufacturer, I found it was. I was charged $153 service for this. This fraud and I plan to take the matter with Illinois AttorneyGeneral if I don't get satisfaction.

My dishwasher could not be repaired. Parts were ordered after the initial technician visit, a leak occurred while waiting for parts which damaged my hard wood floor. The initial visit should have included making sure the dishwasher could not cause damage especially since the inlet valve was considered faulty. During the 2nd visit the seal for the float was also determined to be a problem.

My technicians were very nice and prompt. They did fix my freezer leak. However, the service itself was extremely overpriced. I was basically charged $500 for them to defrost and clean behind my fridge. I wish they would have explained this first so I had the option of doing it myself.
