A cheap place to stay but cheaply maintained with, No community wash room, No shower houses, No on site laundry. No Wi-Fi. No pool, No clubhouse. Owner is very slow to address problems usually waits till the damage is done rather then spend the money to prevent it.

Very clean and quiet. The neighborhood is great and the location couldn't be more ideal. You are right between all the best things, halfway to Zion and halfway to Sandhollow Reservoir.

The landowner is very strict an hangs out there a lot Leo helps manage par not pet friendly. Keeps a clean quite park. Likes respectful people, an thoughtful of close wuaters
