Lots of interesting junk and cool retro and mid-mo finds. The owners and staff at this no-frills salvage and resale shop are super friendly and prices are very fair. There is literally something for everyone. Good way to kill an hour on a rainy day.

Incredible!! Such friendly staff, such an amazing experience. I felt like a kid in a candy store here :) I've driven past Hammond Salvage & Resale hundreds of times in my life but I've never went inside until recently. There is so many amazing items to look at and treasures at every corner. Any critical reviews of this place are just from people who don't appreciate being thrifty, recycling, or purchasing vintage and antique items. This shop is very eclectic and full of more items than you'd ever be able to look at in one visit. However, that's the charm and the reason why you'll want to return!! The prices are also sooo reasonable which makes me want to just buy everything. I love the work they're doing and I can't wait to continue to support them!!

So many things, so little time! If you are interested in antiques, and/or second hand items you must journey to this store.

Five stars if you like to dig for your treasure. Is it packed to the ceiling in some places... yes, but that's how I like it. You are sure to find a deal here too, the prices are good. I've been here half a dozen times and always walked away with something I was looking for or something I wasn't hahah.

As of Nov 2020 I did see washer, dryers and other appliances towards rear of building. The place is a awesome maze of rooms filled w/ lots of timeless treasures ( & some new items as well) filled all the way through to the rear attached building . Lots and lots of treasures👍

Yes. It's a resale shop of used goods selling large and small items for inside and outside the home. The atmosphere is kinda like a flea market meets antique store.
They do in back rooms
