This place is so perfect it makes you nervous and almost too good for chicago. The food is great and the service is stellar which is so rare these days. The new location is full of life and kind people greeting each other as they grin as if to give their approval for making the right dining choice.

I believe so, although I never asked. The owner is Muslim, so I'd trust the food to be Halal

Pretty much at lunch time. I don't recall there being a menu change or price difference based on the time of the day.
