I always shop at rainbow wherever I’m at. I love the prices and the styles and they always have great summer dresses. Well I now live in Kenosha, Wisconsin and the closest rainbow is in Waukegan, Illinois. They are suppose to open at 10am but they don’t. They sign is posted 10am everyday they’ll be open. They are not. Im sitting here right now in the parking lot writing this review and i have yet to see anyone walk up to even unlock the door. I have tried to open it that’s how I know it’s still closed. There is no other notices that say they will be closed today only the normal signs of the AC being broke and the fitting rooms being closed. I find this to be very unprofessional. If they are low in workers a sign should be posted to notify customers. I feel as though my time and gas have been wasted coming out here and they can’t open on time. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either. Just the first time I’m passing about it.

I asked to use the fitting room they so no ask for help the talk for 2 mins and then come help me they are rude and don't shop here

Horrible music playing and alot of people bring there children there,the young lady was nice but the music had alot of cursing 🤬
